This was a school house that had been renovated to look like the historic Abegweit Ferry boat that once transported people from the main land to Prince Edward Island. The building was converted into a replica of a car ferry, dubbed the Abby III. It had a restaurant on the top level and it's bottom level was intended to become a market for local vendors. It was demolished in April 2016.
